Kowanda Richardson
2nd Grade Teacher
I am thrilled to be a member of Mountainville Academy’s second grade teaching team!
I grew up in Boise, Idaho and began teaching in 2007. I've earned a BA in Communications from Pepperdine University and an MS in Curriculum and instruction from Western Governors University. My passion for education led me to become a teacher, and I hope to grow a love of reading and learning in my students!
I am married to a great guy and we have three adult children and two grandchildren. I enjoy running, reading, traveling, playing games, and spending time with my family.
I look forward to a great year with my students!
